ARTIFACT: This is A REAL ONE! Extremely Rare 1910's - 1920's Los Angeles County California Deputy Sheriff Detective Badge # 4 District Attorney's Office Bureau of Investigation. Unmarked, but made by LARSCO in gilt Brass with Hard Fired Blue Enamel.

MANY Fakes out there made from left over LAS&S parts & Unfinished badge, but Here is a REAL ONE!!!

VINTAGE: 1910s - 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately: 2-5/8" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt Brass with Hard Fired Blue Enamel. Gold-plated Nickel findings.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VDJJM24 LBGIEX03/11/24

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows minor wear, and tiny damage on the first E "DETECTIVE". Overall, it is in excellent condition.
