ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War II Red Cross Nursing Service Student Reserve badge made in the shape of a bar with woven silk ribbon over celluloid and leather backing.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: About 7/16" in height x 1-1/4" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bevo weave silk, brass, steel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: "NURSING SERVICE STUDENT RESERVE."

ITEM NOTES: This is from an American Red Cross collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay12/09/20 VEM15 LHEX4/17 SHEX06/21

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): There is some wear, ripping on the back side, and the pin is very tight.
