ARTIFACT: Rare WWII USAAF Air Transport Command (ATC) uniform button. The ATC was set up in 1942 to coordinate all transportation of necessary aircraft, employees, and material within the United States and beyond.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Copper, brass

ATTACHMENT: Loop/lug

MARKINGS: "SUPERIOR QUALITY"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBXL09 LBIX1/16

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The button shows moderate wear, some of the plating details remain intact.
