ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War Civil Air Patrol (CAP) patch for Squadron 611-5 Flight "R". The patch is round and shows a medic grasshopper on a cloud and reads SQUADRON 611-5 FLIGHT "R".

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 6" diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Felt patch embroidered in multi-colored silk/cotton threads with canvas backing.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Patch is adorable and has great colors; slight discoloration and pinhole in felt on front.
