ARTIFACT:
Rare, late 1990's – early 2000's New Hampshire State Police Bureau of Enforcement Gaming Investigator badge by Blackinton. The large gilt-chromed brass and enamel badge shows a large State Seal of New Hampshire. The state seal depicts the USS Raleigh in the center and is surrounded by a laurel wreath. The Raleigh was one of the first warships built for the new American navy and it was built in 1776 at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The badge is topped with a spread-winged eagle with a banner across its chest that reads: "ENFORCEMENT" and just below it reads: "DEPT. OF SAFETY". Beneath the State Seal a blue enameled banner reads: "NEW HAMPSHIRE" and the very base of the badge reads: "GAMING INV".
