ARTIFACT: This is a rare early World War II US Navy Seabee or Medical Officer attached to the United States Marine Corps Overseas Cap Badge made in pre-1943 blackened bronze. It shows an eagle perched on a US shield with two anchors crossed behind.

VINTAGE: Circa Early WWII.

SIZE: Approximately: 1-1/8" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Blackened Bronze.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with locking come-under catch

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Light tarnish and great patina
