ARTIFACT: This is a rare, early (circa 1880s or early 1890s) "Firemen's Celebration" pin. The center of the pin, which shows the head and shoulders of a fireman, is in celluloid. The frame is ornately wrought in bronze.

VINTAGE: Circa 1880s- early 1890s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/2" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid, bronze.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an old fire parade collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-RLB-VBEX14 (VBEX10/99) LAFEX6/14

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some light wear and tarnish.
