ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa 1943 United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer hat badge. The badge has a riveted construction and is in wartime materials: plated white metal.

VINTAGE: Circa 1943 (World War II).

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 1-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated white metal.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII United States Coast Guard hat badge collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEL14 LAAEX3/14 SeVAEJX1/19
