ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa 1935 Grand Canyon Airlines pilot wing. The wing reads GRAND CANYON AIRLINES INC. and shows an arrow and propeller in a very Southwestern design. Grand Canyon Airlines has operated continuously since 1927.

VINTAGE: Circa 1935.

SIZE: 15/16" height and 3-1/4" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Two single screw pins with disc backings. One disc is missing, and pins are somewhat bent.

MARKINGS: STERLING 12.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a civil aviation collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJJX06 LBHJJX4/10 SBDJJX8/12

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Wing shows medium wear and tarnishing; pins are bent and one disc backing is missing.
