ARTIFACT: This is a Rare Circa Late 1942's - Early 1943's United State Army Air Force 13th Troop Carrier Squadron Aussie Made Jacket Patch. Attached to Marine Air Corp 25(MAG - 25) Flying Support for Guadalcanal. Later attached to SCAT South Pacific [SOPAC] Combat Air Transport Command (SCAT). Then 13th Air Force, and Finally 403rd Troop Carrier Groop.

VINTAGE: Circa Late 1942s - Early 1943s.

SIZE: Approximately 5" x 4-3/4".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Felt embroidered in silk and bullion thread.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn on.

MARKINGS: N/A

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII US Army Air Forces shoulder patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJJX05 LIGEX08/13/20 pisLIHEX08/20

CONDITION: 7+ (Fine+ ): The patch shows moderate to heavy wear, a few spot of stain, and  "Been There" Look. Overall fine condition.
