ARTIFACT: This is a Rare circa 1949 Kuomintang / Republic of China Army Officer Hat Badge. It is from the early Taiwan / Formosa period. 

VINTAGE: Circa 1949.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass with white and blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two screw post with disc backing with two stabilizing pins. Only one disk back.

MARKINGS: 二廠: 2nd Factory

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. KHJV23 LFGEX04/23/23 SLCGEX08/10/24

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows minor wear, and enamel shows small damage at 6:00 o'clock. Overall, it is in very fine condition.
