ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa 1920 (possibly 1916) Girl Scouts 1st G.S.T.S. leader collar insignia. This insignia, made of blackened brass, is quite simple in design. It has G.S.T.S. on two horizontal bars. Protruding up from the middle of the top of the "S" and "T," is a "1."

VINTAGE: Circa 1920

SIZE: Size 7/8" x 1-1/2

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Blackened Brass

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with over under catch

MARKINGS: "1 G.S.T.S."

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent+): There is very little wear on this insignia. It is in Excellent+ condition
