ARTIFACT: This is a rare bronze World War II Manhattan Project service pin by Whitehead and Hoag Co. On the pin is "A-Bomb," signifying the Atomic bomb for which the Manhattan Project was responsible for making.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 7/16" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze

ATTACHMENT: Vertical clip with locking drop-in swivel catch

MARKINGS: "MANHATTAN PROJECT. A BOMB"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Government Operation collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEJX16 LAGEX03/17 SAGEX8/18

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): There is little wear and tarnish, but otherwise is in Excellent condition.
