ARTIFACT: Rare 1930's – WWII Italian Fascist Red Cross enameled lapel badge. The small rectangular pin features an enameled red cross in the upper corner atop a feather with a partial Fascia below in raised detail and the reverse shows: "PICCHIANIBARLACCHI FIRLNZE" in raised lettering on the pin and "PICCHIANI.C FIRENZ(E?)" on the saddle of the pinback.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's – WWII

SIZE: Approximately 11/16" x 9/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Enameled, plated white metal

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety style pin

MARKINGS: "PICCHIANIBARLACCHI FIRLNZE", "PICCHIANI.C FIRENZ(E?)"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign Red Cross collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX16 LAAEX1/17

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The lapel shows moderate wear, some of the enamel and plated details remain intact, overall very fine condition.
