ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa 1930s silk-screened felt banner for Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Company 117. The CCC was a work opportunity program created by Roosevelt's New Deal. The banner is orange with yellow details and trim.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's.

SIZE: Approximately 29" in length (not including ties) x 11-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk screened wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: Ties.

MARKINGS: Style No. 2.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Civilian Conservation Corps collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJX14 LAAEX9/14 SAAEX12/13/22

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The banner has light wear/creasing and a couple of small areas of felt missing along the edge.
