Rare 1930's 101st Observation Squadron, Massachusetts National Guard Enlisted Man collar disk set by Amcraft Metal. One disc features a raised collar prop and the other reads: US MASS 101" in raised lettering. During the early 1930's members of the USAAF who were part of the 'Archie Club' established an aviation wing of the Massachusetts National Guard and built its own air base, which later became Logan Airport. It was named after General Edward L. Logan who served in the 26th Guard Division.
