The exposition intended to mark the land transfer's 100th anniversary, but was delayed a year. The medal is in gilt bronze and hangs from a red, white and blue ribbon. The front of the medallion shows the two leaders in profile while the reverse shows a map of the United States.

VINTAGE: Circa 1904.

SIZE: Approximately 3" in height and 1-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt bronze, silk.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin, suspension ring.
