ARTIFACT: This is a 1930s Eastern Air Lines baggage tag for F. E. Davis, whose name is engraved on the reverse. The tag is oval and now simply reads EASTERN AIR LINES, but appears to have once had a number at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Tag: 1-9/16" height and 2-3/16" width; chain: 1-3/4" length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: White metal with painted lettering. brass.

ATTACHMENT: Chain with clasp.

MARKINGS: F. E. DAVIS.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCEX03 LABJX9/10

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): Tag shows heavy wear.
