ARTIFACT: Old 1950's studded leather 'motorcycle' type belt. The leather belt shows round, brass studs and features an enameled brass shield-like embellishment at the tip. Only one of the reflector studs remains.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950's

SIZE: Approximately 35-1/4" x 1-3/4"; Buckle: 2" x 2-3/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Leather, brass, chrome-plated brass, plastic reflector, enamel, steel buckle

ATTACHMENT: Steel prong buckle

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a motorcycle collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-RB/E08 LFJX11/16 SFJX12/16

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine—Very Fine): The belt shows moderate to wear, 'reflector' studs missing, areas of verdigris on the brass studs, some of the enamel details remain, overall fine condition.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
