ARTIFACT: This is a nice variant of a World War II US Navy Overseas Officer cap badge made in sterling. It has a salty, been there look and is slightly larger than usual. It has a war eagle holding a US shield with two anchors crossed behind.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Appr: 1-1/8" x 1-1/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling Silver

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with locking over-under swivel catch

MARKINGS: "STERLING"
