ARTIFACT: This is a nice little World War II United States Army Tank Corps Lieutenant sweetheart pin. The chained pin is in sterling silver and has a miniature tank at one end and a single bar at the other.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Tank: approximately 7/16" by 1/4"; bar: approximately 1-1/2" by 3/16"; chain: about 2" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin (on tank); horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch (on bar); chain.

MARKINGS: CHICAGO STERLING.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a World War II homefront collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAHX14 LFJX2/14

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The pin has some small areas of wear and tarnish.
