ARTIFACT: Nice ca 1900's M. H. Cobe & Co. blob top bottle with ceramic top embossed bottle from Boston, Massachusetts. This pre-Prohibition bottle was most likely used for beer. 

The front of the bottle reads: "REGISTERED M.H. COBE & CO. BOTTLERS 36-38 HANOVER ST. BOSTON" in embossed lettering. The ceramic Hutter Type stopper reads: "M.H. COBE & CO. BOSTON" and the underside: "PAT'D HUTTER FEB. 7 1893".

VINTAGE: Circa 1900's.

SIZE: Approximately 10" in height x 2-1/2" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Glass, ceramic, steel.

ATTACHMENT: Lightening steel closure with Hutter Style ceramic topper.

MARKINGS: "M.H. COBE & CO. BOSTON", "PAT'D HUTTER FEB. 7 1893"

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The bottle shows moderate age wear, mostly to Lightening closure which shows heavy oxidation, original rubber seal intact, overall the bottle is in very fine condition.
