ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1917 American Railway Express Company named special agent badge. The badge reads D.D. GOUGH SPECIAL AGENT AM. RAILWAY EX. CO. and shows an eagle at top and a New York seal at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1917.

SIZE: 3-1/16" height and 2-5/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Copper-plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.
