ARTIFACT: This is a United States Army World War II shoulder patch for the "Manhattan Project", codename for the combined effort of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, along with Britain and Canada, to produce the first atomic bomb.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2 ½" in height and 2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk embroidery thread.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you will receive will either be this exact patch or one very similar to it. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBX90 LFJX S(1)FJX11/11 SFJX4/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent) This shoulder patch is in very good condition with slight soiling and very minor wear around the edge.
