ARTIFACT: This is a circa mid-late 1960's enlisted man's shoulder arc for the United States Navy USS Spinax (SS-489). The Spinax was a Tench-class submarine and was launched from the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard on November 25, 1945. She was decommissioned in October 11, 1969.

VINTAGE: Circa mid-late 1960's.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in height and 3-9/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LAHX7/12 SAHX04/18/21

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The arc shows some light wear.
