ARTIFACT: This is a Late 1990's Papillion Nebraska Police Sergeant badge by Blackinton. Suburb at Omaha County Seat of Sarpy County.

VINTAGE: Late 1990s.

SIZE: Approximately: 3-1/8" in height x 2-7/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Hi-GLO, brass alloy with hard-fired multi-enamel with Nickel findings.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
