ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1950s United States Air Force McDonnell F-101 Voodoo navigator ("back seater") jacket patch. The United States Air Force flew the supersonic jet fighter from 1957 until 1972. The patch reads "Voodoo Scope Wizard" and shows a tiki mask wearing a headset at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-11/16" in height and 3-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a 1950s USAF jacket patch collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEX14 LCHX5/14 SCHX4/17

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent-): The patch has only light wear (spot along edge near 11:00 is only a crease, not a tear).
