ARTIFACT: This is a late 1950s United States Air Force 4080th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing patch. The multi-colored patch shows a dragon head and a knight's helmet rising above the clouds.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 4-1/4" in height and 3-13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in multi-colored cotton/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The patch shows some wear and fading.
