ARTIFACT: This is a patch for the United States Air Force 5th Fighter Interceptor Squadron from the F-102 aircraft period (late 1950s). The patch shows a snarling lynx's head flanked by lightning bolts and five stars.

VINTAGE: Circa 1959.

SIZE: 3-3/4" diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Blue patch fully embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk/polyester threads.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Patch shows light wear and one isolated spot of discoloration.
