ARTIFACT: 1952 Dated, Korean War United States Navy helmet liner in light grey paint by Westinghouse marked "D20 MICARTA 1952" on the inside, liner features olive canvas webbing with steel grommets.

VINTAGE: 1952.

SIZE: Approximately 28" inside circumference; 9" ear to ear; 11" back to front; 6-1/2;" tall

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Resin, paint, steel, olive drab canvas.

ATTACHMENT: To be worn on head.

MARKINGS: "D20" "M" "MICARTA 1952" Westinghouse stamp

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Korean War helmet and uniform collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBEX13 LAAEX2/15 SLADEX4/15 PsLAFEX02/22 SAEJX02/09/24

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The helmet liner shows minor to moderate wear, chinstraps are missing and one area of webbing is separated from liner, nearly all the painted details remain intact.
