ARTIFACT: This is a scarce early 1950s Naval Patrol Boat Squadrons badge for the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), established in 1948. The badge shows two sharks flanking a ship.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" height and 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped nickel with brass pin.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria naval squadron badge collection that we will be listing over the next few months. VEX09 LFEX11/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows some light wear and tarnish.
