ARTIFACT: HUGE WWII United States Navy Submarine Service "V" for Victory pin from Portsmouth Navy Yard. The pin is Monel construction and displays great details of a submarine centered on the letter V, it's the largest one I've ever seen!

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2" x 2".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Monel construction.

ATTACHMENT: Soldered safety pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Submarine and Navy Yard collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TRVGEX TRFJM14 LBCEX2/15

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine—Excellent): The pin shows minor surface abrasions/wear, reverse shows tool marks and oxidation of the safety pin attachment, the Monel displays overall even patina.
