ARTIFACT: This is a great United States Army Air Forces 78th Fighter Squadron, 15th Fighter Group, 7th Air Force patch. The vibrantly-colored patch shows a cobra with its jaws open wide.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 6" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Cotton embroidery thread on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Very minor wear; a few pin-point-sized moth nips around edges.
