ARTIFACT: This is a great World War II United States Navy VT-19 jacket patch designed by Disney showing a lion cub flying low over the water. This unit saw plenty of action and served aboard the USS Lexington from July through November 1944.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 4-7/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool felt embroidered in silk/cotton threads with a mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: BURNS VT-19 written on back.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The patch shows some light to medium wear and has a slight spot of discoloration.
