ARTIFACT: Great WWII, 1943 Edition of The Story of the Airship (Non - Rigid): A Study of One of America's Lesser Known Defense Weapons inscribed by author, Hugh Allen, to US Navy Lieutenant in the year of publication. This example is in excellent condition with its original dust jacket intact. The inscription reads: "TO LT. RN MURRAY SINCERELY HUGH ALLEN AKRON 4 JAN 1943". The book includes information, historical and reference, along with photographs and drawings.

VINTAGE: Circa 1943

SIZE: Approximately 9-2/8" x 6"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Hard cover, ink, paper, sewn/glued binding, dust jacket
