Great WWI Era large celluloid patriotic pin of Uncle Sam's hat. The pin shows the hat in the center and surrounding it reads: "LET'S ALL WORK TOGETHER IT'S AN OLD AMERICAN CUSTOM" and the reverse shows a nice paper label that reads: "GILMAN BROS. INC. WHOLESALE DRUGGISTS "THE SERVICE HOUSE OF BOSTON THAT SERVES NEW ENGLAND".
