ARTIFACT: This is a Great Old West circa 1880's "Stock" Deputy Sheriff Circle Star Badge, Nicely Convex, with Great Patina, especially on back. Hand stamped lettering. 

VINTAGE: Circa 1880's.

SIZE: Mid-sized at a hair over 1-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel with painted lettering and embellishment.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal one-piece pin with open catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some moderate wear and a great patina, front and back: yellow and much of a painted letter remain intact, overall very fine condition.
