This is a Great Old Springfield Armory Association Lapel Pin, Circa 1900 "S.A.E.A." Engravers? Executive?

Approximately 5/8" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
EARLY Celluloid material in a Gilt brass Fram, Brass-backed, with a brass screw back.
