ARTIFACT: This is a Great Old 1890's Imperial County California Hand Stamped Circle Star Posse Size Deputy Sheriff Badge.

VINTAGE: 1890s.

SIZE: Approximately: 1-5/16" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Upside down and angled, Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an old western police and lawman enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. QCJJQ24 LACGEX05/29/24

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine - Very Fine): The badge shows heavy duty wear, and plating is worn through. Overall, it is in fine condition.
