ARTIFACT: This is a Great Old 1880's-1890's Galveston County Texas Deputy Sheriff Circle Cut Out Star Badge.

VINTAGE: 1880s - 1890s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped Nickel with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Texas police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAFJX21 LAHGEX05/17/21

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine): The badge shows moderate wear, and some discoloration on obverse, great pin and patina on reverse. Overall very fine condition.
