ARTIFACT: This is a great circa late 1920s Wright Aircraft Factory photograph of an R-1750 Cyclone 9 cylinder, 525 horsepower motor. The Wright Aeronautical division of Curtiss-Wright came out with a series of five Cyclone engines in 1926. The photograph is in its original frame with matting and has an engraved brass plate on the front.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 13-5/8" by 11-1/2".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Photograph, glass, wood, brass plate, paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Wire hanger.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an aircraft company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. SHOP VBEX13 LADEX4/13 SADEX5/13

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): There are some small spots under the glass that are not on the photograph itself; some light to medium wear to frame; some rips at edges of paper backing.
