This is a Great Large circa 1920 Los Angeles Police Patrolman Portrait Photo in Period Frame. Clearly Showing Series 4 Los Angeles Patrolman Badge # 251. 
The Gilt frame may point to this officer having been Killed in the line of Duty. Further Research is Needed.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920.

SIZE: Approximately: 11-3/4" in height x 8-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt woodden frame, Photo, Cardboard and steel nail.
