ARTIFACT:

This is a Great Irion County Texas Deputy Sheriff Circle Star Badge made from 1948 5 Peso Coin.
Could be old as the 1950s or 1960s, but probably Dates to the 1990's and was worn by the current Full Sheriff of Kimbla County Texas.

VINTAGE: 1990s.

SIZE: Approximately: 1-5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 1948 5 Peso Silver Coin.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS: Image 3 shows back of 5-peso coin

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows minor to moderate wear with duty worn great patina.
