ARTIFACT: This is a great World War II era Figural Bank of a sailor. This is for the Seaman's Bank for Savings. It was made by Contemporary Ceramics out of Chatham, New Jersey, and has some wonderful paint. The bottom is lined with cork so it doesn't get scratched when it is set on a surface. This also has the original bottom plate, which is quite rare to find.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: About 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 5-1/2"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted Ceramic, aluminum, and cork.
