ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1942 Polish Army enlisted man hat badge. It was sandcast in brass in Iraq and is in a screwback style. It shows a large, crowned eagle at its top. This badge came to us with a Polish Army 2nd Corps badge (sold separately: please see link at the bottom of this page for more information).

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2" in height and 1-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sandcast in brass.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with small square nut backing.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII Polish Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDJX14 LBDEX1/14 SLAAEX4/14 SAAEX6/16

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows only light wear and tarnish.
