ARTIFACT: Great 1970's - 1980's (George Bush era) Kennebunkport, Maine police badge furnished directly from the officer who wore it in the 1980's. The chrome plated badge reads: KENNEBUNKPORT POLICE and the center disc in blue enamel reads: STATE OF MAINE.

VINTAGE: Circa 1970's – 1980's.

SIZE: Approximately 2 -1/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass with hard finish blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of vintage police badges which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCEX15 LAFEX1/15

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Badge shows minor wear, moderate wear on high points in center of badge. Nearly all of the chrome plating and enamel details remain intact.
