ARTIFACT: This is a Great 1870's Hoboken New Jersey Fire Department Badge for Hook & Ladder Company Number 2.

The center of the badge has the number 2, and at bottom is an early hook and ladder wagon in relief.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870's.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in height x 1-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped nickel with nickel fidings.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: N/A

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent): The badge has only minor to light wear, overall it is in excellent condition.
