ARTIFACT: This is a German-made distinctive insignia for the United States Army 368th Engineer Battalion. The DI is a red crest showing a gear and windmill blades at center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in height by 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Aluminum with painted area.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: DONNER ELBERFELD GERMANY.

ITEM NOTES: This item has been rated a level III rarity by ASMIC (the American Society of Military Insignia Collectors). The insignia you receive will either be the ones pictured or ones in very similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.
