ARTIFACT: Fabulous extra-large, WWII United States Navy Submarine desk model made of Monel with a Catalan plastic base and was made at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The model sits upon two posts that are anchored to a diamond shaped Catalan plastic base.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: Approximately Model: 9-1/2" in length x 2-1/2" at tallest point; Base: 12" in length x 4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Monel and Catalan plastic.

MARKINGS: None.
