ARTIFACT: This is a Fabulous circa 1900 Airship Zeppelin Theme Sterling Silver Belt Buckle by Unger Brothers. Unger Bros Silver was in Newark NJ from 1872 - 1910.

Unger Brothers (1872-1919). Date: ca. 1900. Unger Brothers manufactured jewelry and other small silver items in quintessential Art Nouveau styles. This buckle is a mix of Art, nouveau and arts and crafts.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: Approximately: 1-1/16" in height x 1-3/4" in width. Loop: 1-1/8" in height x 1/2" in width. Opening: 3/16" in wide.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Loop.

MARKINGS: Unger Brothers MAKER MARK, STERLING

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The buckle shows moderate wear. Overall, it is in very fine condition, and fabulous.
